On Friday, March 24th, our own St Anna's Altar Society held its annual Salmon Dinner and Tricky Tray.
We are grateful to everyone who was able to come and help us for the two days of pierogi-making. On Sunday, March 5, our parish hosted Lenten Mission Vespers and the first meeting of the year of the deanery of the Eastern states of the Patriarchal Parishes in the US. The chancellor of the Patriarchal Parishes, Fr George Konyev, presided during Vespers in concelebration with Frs Igor Tarasov, the dean, John Kassatkin, Michael Kapchits, Stephen Bushman, and Aleksey Paranyuk. After the service everyone enjoyed a Lenten meal, prepared by Matushka Natallia, and a great fellowship. Photos: George Konyev. On the First Sunday of Great Lent we celebrated the Divine Liturgy at the conclusion of which children's procession with the Holy Icons took place.
